I have withholding from three states, but there is only room to input two states.

On the initial W-2 entry screen in TurboTax Online there is room for one state and one locality. Do not enter state information on the local line. To enter additional states click "+ Add another row" below the first state. To add two states, click it twice. See the attached screen shot.
