I have a K1 from a state I do not live in. Do I need to file state taxes in that state? If so, how/where do I do it?

You would file a state income tax return only if the company that sent you Schedule K-1 indicates that there was income sourced in a particular state. The Supplemental Information included with the K-1 is used to identify state-sourced income.
