I am active duty AF and my home state (shown on my LES) is NV. Do I still have to file NC state tax?

It depends on whether you or anyone else on your tax return had NC income other than your military income. If you only had your military income, no need to file in NC. If anyone had income other than military, you need to file a NC nonresident tax return.
