how to file both part year and non-resident CO tax return?

After living and working in the US (In Colorado) on H-1B visa for about 10 years i finally moved to India in July, 2023 with no intention to return back to US. I am now filing the return for the tax year 2023 and appears like i'l have to file a part year CO tax return from 01/2023 to 07/2023 and a non-resident CO tax return from 08/2023- 12/2023 ( since i continued to get Colorado sourced income during the 2nd half of the year). In turbo tax it appears like you can only select one or the other but not both. How do i file both part year and non-resident CO tax return, could you please advice?

It depends. For Colorado reporting purposes, you would file as a part-year resident.
