How many times can I resubmit after a federal accept and a CA rejection?

I received an immediate approval for my federal submission. I cannot find out why CA is rejecting the forms?

Did you receive a rejection code? It's in the email you received, or you can view it in TurboTax after signing in and selecting Fix my return.
