If you received it while an NJ resident, it is taxable on your NJ return. If you disagree, contact the NJ Division of Taxation for instructions.
For your New Jersey part-year resident tax return, you enter the income received while you were a New Jersey resident. Do not include any income received while you were a Florida resident.
The fact that you earned it while living in Florida doesn't dictate when and where it is reported. It is reported and taxed when it is received.
See the New Jersey NJ Income Tax-Part-Year Residents web page.
