Your business account number is usually listed on any correspondence you may have received from the city. If not, you can contact the Portland Business Tax Line at biztaxhelp@portlandoregon.gov or 503-823-5157 Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm and they should be able to assist.
