How do I attach "2023 Form 566 Credit for Qualified Software or Cybersecurity Employees" to my Oklahoma state return?

The return says that I need to attach this form, but I do not know how.

You will need to print your state return, include the Form 566 and mail your return to the state tax agency. Mailing address will be included on your printed file instructions. 

Not required but advisable when mailing to federal or state taxing authority, is to purchase a certificate of mailing from the Post Office.
