How do I answer the "Full Year CA Nonresident" or "Part-time CA Resident" question?

Hi all,

How would I answer this question correctly? I was only in CA for a temporary contract position. I don't live there and have never been/nor worked there previously. My permanent residency is in another state, but I just don't know how they're defining these.

You would be a full year CA non-resident, as you were only there temporarily and had not abandoned your residency in another state.
