How do I allocate my income as a part year resident? I was living in TX until July 2018 and then moved to MO. I am being taxed as if I lived in MO for the whole year.

I added this information in the "My Info" tab but I'm still getting a bill for over $2000. TX does not appear as an option in "Add Another State" button when I start my state returns as there is no state tax in TX. Is there another way to split/allocate my income as half to avoid getting this bill?

You will need to indicate in your Missouri return that you were a part-year resident.  Then, as you go through the return you will be able to allocate your income between Missouri and Texas.
