How can I download turbo tax on my computer from overseas for 2024 taxes?

I have tried to get the code for activating the 2024 software from both amazon and Intuit. As i am outside the US I am unable to purchase the activation key. I did not have this problem last year. Please advise.

I downloaded a special offer TT program in December. Two weeks later my computer completely broke down. I purchased a new computer but the program didn't download on it
