Hello there! For the answer to: "State of residence (on December 31, 2022)" I can only select states in the US, the matter is that I moved to Europe in Nov. Any advice?

Scroll to the bottom of the State of Residence drop-down list and you'll see the choice "Foreign or U.S. Possession".
