GA State Tax Refund Issue

I filed an amended return in 2022 via TT. Premiere I imported that return to start 2023. When I get to the GA state tax portion of the program, it asks me to allocate Cap Gaines and State Tax Refund to either myself or spouse. The refund number is eventually used in the GA Tax forms as a prepayment of 2023 taxes (line 6 in Tax Pymt Wks). This is wrong as I received a refund check. But I can't delete the number (it shows up as light green vs black).
