For state taxes, my state is not listed, when I tried to back out, another state got loaded, how do i correct that?

If your state is one of those with no income tax, it would not be listed. You can delete the state that was created, by going to State Taxes at the top of your screen, and choosing Delete on the screen that says Status of Your State Returns.
