Filing 1040X with additional CG loss C/F, no total tax change for Fed and State, no need to amend NYS tax return?

Filing 2023 1040X Fed with additional CG loss Carry Forward from a recently accepted 2022 1040X. No total tax change for 2023 Federal or NYS.

I believe no need to file 2023 NYS amended return for this since NYS taxes just import CGs based on federal tax CG.
