How can I e-file my federal return, I am getting a refund, but not e-file my state, I owe them?

Federal Refund/State paying

You can still efile your state.  In it, indicate that you will mail a check to pay the taxes due. Then mail that check when you are ready to do so.  You might also be able to pay on the state's tax website.
