Federal looks fine but Error in Delaware State Filing in TurboTax

Our Federal filing looks correct, but our State filing is missing one 1099-R from the list that appears on the "DE SCHEDULE IV - W-2 AND 1099-R INFORMATION" schedule. Also missing a small W-2 account.

We'll see how well Turbotax responds to the problem.  So far I haven't found anyone to talk to there.

Are you filing a resident, non-resident or part-year Delaware return?

Are you filing any other state return?

What do you mean "Missing" a 1099-R and W-2, are they listed on DE Schedule IV? Was Delaware tax withheld on those forms?
