Error in SD-100 calculation.

I'm using Desktop TurboTax Deluxe 2023, WinPerRelease [phone number removed].  There is an error in Ohio SD-100 (school tax).  My wife and I were residents in district 2307 for all of 2023. The dates are entered correctly.

The amount entered on Line 23 of the Traditional Tax Base Schedule should be the same as Line 5 (modified adjusted gross income), but is appearing as less than half that amount which is resulting in gross underpayment of the tax.  Overriding the value generates errors and complaints from the software.
