does anyone know who to check eligibility for the Arizona Families tax rebate?

when I go to the site and enter all my info nothing pops up the fields just go back to empty, and it makes me enter my info again

The AZ families tax rebate was a one time event for 2023 based on your 2021 return. If you never received it, you can contact AZ customer care at Phone: (602) 255-3381
