Do I enter tuition paid (Under Federal Taxes - Deductions and Credits) if it was paid by the VA with the GI Bill?
No. GI Bill educational benefits are received tax-free, but the associated tuition and fees cannot then be used as the basis for a tax credit or deduction. That would result in a double benefit.
