Credit for Excess SDI notification

TT is prompting me to let me know there is credit for excess $1,437 SDI.  However the credit doesn't show up in TT for me as a refund.  I checked the form "California Excess SDI Worksheet" and it is filled out correctly including all 3 requirements i.e. 2 jobs, over the annual amount, exc.  

Should that "credit" amount be reflected in my State Refund amount before I click file?
