Colorado Non-Resident taxes on Oil Royalties

I am not sure what to put for Colorado Subtractions from Federal AGI. My mom lives in New Mexico but receives oil royalties from Colorado. Does she still get the 24,000 deduction like the Federal or do I put a different amount here for her Colorado State Tax Return?
