Cannot delete Form 3554 in online version

I can delete my return and start over but not clicking start and/or leaving it blank does not solve the issue. The errors still come up at the end of checking my return. There is also no icon for forms and the tools section others have mentioned does not have that form available to delete. At this point I think the only work around is to print out my return and mail it in.

Where are the experts that actually care about fixing this issue? A huge problem like this with the software that apparently has been going on for 5 years now and still no help, I will never use turbo tax again and I also will no longer tell others to use it!
