Can i submit returns for each of my 3 children ?

Yes, you can but you can't use your account.  For Online to start another return you must create a new account.  If you use your account to prepare your children's return, each return would overwrite the other.

If you can't use the Free Edition for each of your 3 children, to save money you might want to use the Desktop version (CD/Download).

You might want to switch to the TurboTax CD/Download software to save money
