can I add my 2019 income correction to my 2020 CA amendment

Turbotax 2019 window version is no longer working. I am able to get 2020 version working. can I add my 2019 correction, along with my 2020 income correction.

My correction went to "Schedule CA Section B Line fe : California Other Income Statement 2020" form.

Can I add '2019 Foreign Social security Benefit from Turkey" amount on line 28b?

No, 2019 income must stay with 2019 forms. You are no longer able to file for a refund for 2019 returns but should file if you owe. You may be able to purchase software online.
