Can anyone help? Ohio asking for us to SD taxes for 2017 for 8701 we lived in 8707 and paid taxes for there. We moved into 8701 02/18 do we still owe ?

You need to write back to Ohio dept. of taxation (ODT) explaining that.  You should include a copy of your  2017 SD100 for SD 8707, showing that you paid full year for 8707.

For 2018 you should have filed two SD100 forms, a part year resident SD100 for 8707 and part year for 8701
