California's Schedule S (Other State Tax Credit) Error (For 2020 Taxes)

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with getting credit for taxes paid to other states in 2021 CA tax filing. I did not have this issue this year in filing the CA state taxes which has been accepted successfully. You may want to look at the CA taxes drop down menu from the state software and try to capture it that way. Try calling [phone number removed] at Turbo/ Intuit and ask for a tax expert with CA filing. The last time I had an issue the staff spent over 30 minutes to go over the forms and make sure it was done right/ and transferred correctly from the Federal forms. Good luck.
