California non-resident state tax; schedule S

I live full-time in Oregon. I traveled to California for 12 non-consecutive days in 2019 (business trips).

An employer for 2019 allocated a large chunk of my income for 2019 to California because they had not set up their own reporting with Oregon at the time I hired on. Later, after they set up their Oregon reporting, they started allocating my wages to Oregon. They withheld to both states what looks like a correct amount.

Let's say the employer allocated $A to CA and $B to OR. None of $A is represented in $B and vice-versa; they are completely separate amounts. I earned a total of $A + $B.

In TT, I don't see a way to tell the California return "don't give me an other state tax credit in California", which is the correct response since the amount earned "in" California is not reported to Oregon.
