California amendment telling me to mail but generating e-file forms

I filed an amendment for my 2021 California taxes. Turbotax is making me mail it and generated the forms to print and mail. The Turbotax instructions say to print out and mail the return and payment.

The actual CA voucher form it generated is 3582X which is called "Payment Voucher for Individual e-filed Amended Returns" and says "DO NOT MAIL A PAPER COPY OF YOUR TAX RETURN WITH THE PAYMENT VOUCHER" because the form is for e-filed amendments.

TurboTax's instructions are telling me to mail all of it. So why is TurboTax giving me the e-file amendment form but telling me to mail everything? Did it actually e-file my amendment or not?
