No, unfortunately, you cannot include FICA tax payments with your US income tax returns. FICA tax must be withheld through your employer and your employer must then deposit the taxes with the IRS.

I'm a full-time student at an out-of-state school, and had income in both states. In my home state (PA) return, I listed my residency as part-time but need to amend. How?
