arkansas resident worked in Alaska paid in Ark taxes working in alaska will not let me enter taxes paid error stating cannot enter more in box 17 then wages in box 16

Please provide more information. 

I’m assuming this Form W-2 reflects pay for work in Alaska.  Is that correct?

What are the entries on each line of your Form W-2?  Not the employer info, but lines 1 – 20?

How did you receive the error notice – through an e-file rejection, or through the TurboTax interview? If in the interview, were you in the Arkansas or Alaska interview when you received the message?
