Amended US return filed, but Oregon skipped

I missed a 1099-DIV. I originally e-filed with both US and OR about a month ago, and have both refunds in the bank. Today I amended my return to include the missing 1099-DIV, resulting in a bit of tax owed to both US and Oregon. The US one filed fine. But even though TurboTax (regular, not online) had a screen recommending I efile my OR amendment (and stating there'd be a fee), I see no evidence that it actually did so. It never asked me to confirm my payment. E-file Status shows "Your 2023 Federal Amended Return" as accepted, but "Your 2023 Oregon Return" (no "Amended") as accepted, presumably referring to the original filing a month ago.

How do I nudge it to file Oregon? Or did it already do it so stealthily I didn't notice?

It did give me an Oregon payment voucher to print. So I went to my existing OR online tax account and made the required payment. I'm just not sure Oregon will have a clue why they're getting the payment.

The whole experience didn't have the familiar TurboTax hand-holding feel.

Thanks for any wisdom!
