Alabama state return

On the Alabama state return it is asking for information about the "Alabama renewal act - growing Alabama credit" which I do not participate in. It will not let me finalize my state return without providing the info, which I do not have because I don't participate?

The Alabama Renewal Act - Growing Alabama Credit is a tax credit to Alabama taxpayers who made cash contributions to a Local Economic Development Organization (LEDO).  If this does not apply to you, you can simply delete the form from TurboTax.

To delete the form, please follow these steps:

1. Open your tax return.
2. Click on Tools.
3. Click on Delete a Form. 
4. Scroll down to your state forms and look for Schedule ARA and click Delete.
