2018 MD state Return - Amendment Form 502X

I prepared my Maryland 2018 amendment, Form 502X. Turbo Tax printed Form 502X followed by Form 502. Should I mail both to IRS? Also, how should I update printed Form PV for payment to include interest charges from Form 502/Form 502SU? Can I make pencil correction to the amount printed on Form PV to include the interest charge?
