2017 state taxes apparently did not get filed.

I need to know what to do to file my state taxes for 2017. Apparently when I filed the stated did not get completed somehow. I am receiving letters from the state of Arkansas saying I have not paid them. Please let me know what I need to do to rectify this. I used turbotax when I filed.

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF).   Then print , ink sign and mail in the state return as requested ... put the payment with the return to stop the penalties & interest from accruing further.
