1099-B from NJ DEPT of treasury

So I received a 1099-b from the state, their unclaimed property division. I'm assuming it's from years of dividends that I never collected. Most of the boxes are empty and nothing is checked including box 1e: cost or other basis. I'm filing I checked the box: the cost basis is incorrect or missing but I'm still getting an error with TurboTax that something is wrong with my info. What am I doing wrong?

When you check the box that says the cost basis is wrong or missing, on another screen you'll need to enter the cost basis. If you don't know what it is, you can enter $0. Maybe you skipped this step.
