Income from real estate commissions reported on Form 1099-NEC is considered self-employment and reportable on Schedule C of your Federal tax return. TurboTax will ask you a series of questions in order to properly set up the Schedule C. You would also report your business expenses on Schedule C.
See this tips article from TurboTax for more information pertaining to real estate agents.

I have already filled out all of my income and expenses. I am getting a message to enter a value on the last portion when I try and file. If I have already filled out all of the information, why is it not populating on this page?
You said 'I am getting a message to enter a value on the last portion when I try and file.'
Are you receiving the message when you run Review down the left side of the screen? What does the message say?
Or do you mean something else? Please clarify.
this is a screenshot of what comes up. I have already entered my income and expenses on previous screens. After I have paid, and go to file, this comes up and will not go away. No matter what I enter in the schedule c portion it does not work.
The screenshot shows your 1099-NEC is not linking to your business. If you are not able to double click in that box to link the 1099-NEC to your existing business, try deleting and re-entering your 1099-NEC.
If you have an existing business, the 1099-NEC screen will show your existing business activity. TurboTax will link if you select that business. Otherwise, it will create a new business.
You can also enter your 1099-NEC directly into your business in the income section.
