Where to enter service code for TT 2024 Business corp/ Estate/Trust for state California fiduciary tax download?

I spoke with several TurboTax  CSR's and they say they do not know where to enter this code for the discount or no charge state module. I have spent almost three hours trying to explain the shortcomings of the 2024 federal 1041 software and trying to use the discount  "service code" promised. A senior manager told the rep to tell me that If I can not figure out where to enter this code to pay retail and then after the fact file a request for refund.  Quite convenient for Intuit. I have been a personal and business customer since Intuit launched Quicken in the 1180's.  Quicken, TurboTax personal, TurboTax business corp., QuickBooks desktop, QuickBooks online etc. Please help with your own products TurboTax so that your customers do not have to rely on this forum only, thank you.

I am on the same boat. This is ridiculous. I have spent more than $900 dollars on turbo tax products that were useless to what I actually needed. All the products I ended purchasing were products I was told to purchase by turbo tax AGENTS!!!!!! now requesting refunds for 3 out of the 4 products. Unfortunately, the 4th one I can't get refunded on because I already filed. But I was told with that product I was able to file for both of my businesses and continued the purchase since I thought that was what I needed. But nope, I could only do 1 business and now need yet another product to file my second business. Iven been on the phone, or chats for more than 10+ hours this week just trying to get help. Yesterday I was finally given some relief when they offered a service code for the actual product i needed. Now I try to sign in and use it and the product is nowhere to be found, and no help in trying to find help of where I would put the service code, so I am not charged YET AGAIN for a product. Mind you the service code I was given was for a product that only works on Windows and I have only MAC products, I had to go out of my way to borrow a computer from a family member in order to this. This is extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. With the money I paid TurboTax I could of paid a CPA to do this for me. NEVER AGAIN!
