You enter the W-2's on the tax return. Complete, sign, date and mail the 2017 tax return to the IRS and include with the mailed return copies of the W-2's you entered on your tax return.
If you are filing a tax return for a tax refund, the refund will not be paid. A 2017 tax return had to be filed on or before April 15, 2021 for a refund to be processed, approved and issued.
TurboTax does not support tax year 2017. If you really need to file the 2017 return then you should seek out a local tax professional to assist you in completing the 2017 tax return.
