Twitch Stream - Did not receive a tax form

So I don't know much about taxes, I was wondering if I can get some help. I receive over $600 (Around $800) total. For my Service Tax form, this is what I received and I don't know what it means. My royalty one said I'm not getting a form for this year.

We did not issue you a year-end tax form (1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, and 1042-S.) because of one of these reasons:

If you are a U.S. person:

  • If your federal classification type is an S-Corporation, C-Corporation, LLC taxed as a C-Corp, LLC taxed as an S-Corp, or other tax-exempt organization, Amazon does not issue a 1099- MISC/1099-NEC form.
  • If Amazon pays you for equipment, supplies, or other tangible goods such as inventory, you are not subject to IRS Form 1099-MISC/1099-NEC reporting.

If you are a Non-U.S. person:

  • You received non-U.S. based payments, which are not reportable on the Form 1042-S.

Twitch Stream - Did not receive a tax form

Your service tax form is saying that if you are a US citizen you won't get a tax form (1099-MISC/1099-NEC, which are both forms issued to a self-employed individual) to report your income on your taxes if you are a Corporation or tax-exempt organization or if Amazon pays you for equipment or supplies.

If you are not a U.S. citizen, your payments were non-U.S.-based payments and they are not reportable for tax purposes.

If this is correct, you do not have to report this income. ‌If it is not correct, you should contact the issuer of your form.

You generally don't have to pay taxes/file a tax return if your income is less than the standard deduction or the total of your itemized deductions.

You would file a tax return if you had tax withheld from wages that you would like to have refunded to you.

For 2024, the standard deduction is as follows;

For single taxpayers and married individuals filing separately, the standard deduction is $14,600 in 2024.

For married couples filing jointly or a Qualified Surviving Spouse, the standard deduction  is $29,200, and

For Head of Household, the standard deduction is $21,900

If you're at least 65 years old or blind, you can claim an additional deduction in 2024 of:

  • $1,950 for single or Head of Household
  • $1,550 for married or Qualified Surviving Spouse.
  • If you're both 65 and blind, the additional deduction amount is doubled.
