I uploaded my 1099-NECs in January and they are accepted and uploaded to the IRS. I am trying to complete schedule C for my business for 2023 and Turbotax does not see these forms. It just keeps telling me to create the forms I already created.

No it doesn't sync to your schedule C. Can't you type the name and amount in the box? You can just enter the total of all.
If I type it there, It shows up on the Schedule C as contract labor and will not be attributed to the 1099s that have been filed with and accepted by the IRS.
That's right. That's where it goes as Contract Labor line 11. That's all you do.
