Turbotax 2023 and 2024 won't start

I have already used TurboTax 2024 to file my taxes this year. Everything worked fine. Today I tried to open TurboTax 2024, and it wouldn't open. The Logo window comes up for a few seconds then just goes away and the program never starts. I can see TurboTax in task manager during that time, but it just disappears with not error reported. Just out of curiosity, I tried to open TurboTax 2023 and get the same results. I think I may have to file an amended return for this year so I'm going to still need the program to run. I searched for possible solutions and found may others have had the same problem but the only solution I saw was to delete windows C redistribution, then delete TurboTax and reinstall. I'd rather not have to go through all that just to see if it will work. Like I said during the time I was working on my taxes for this year, the program worked perfectly. I also didn't see anything in the Windows event viewer. Any ideas?
