Turbo Tax 2024 won't download CA state

Doing taxes for 2024. Got all done with Federal taxes. Click on download CA state and pop up says it downloaded but then circles back to same screen to download and it didn't download...

Try this: State install/e-file update loop: State not installed after installation or TurboTax needs to update...
