South Carolina Motor Vehicle FUEL Credit

So why doesn't the SC state tax forms ask for the Fuel Credit (gallons of gas used) on the return this year? I have used this every year that it was available and do not see it anywhere on this season's tax form. TurboTax is starting to get as confusing as HR Block.

The SC legislature did not renew this credit for 2023.
