South Carolina State Motor Vehicle Fuel Credit

I noticed this year (2024) that the SC state tax form has no entry for your Fuel Credit, which is a credit for the amount of gallons of gas used in the state. Is this still available? If so, why is not asked as one of the credits on the return? What topic or category is this located under?
