Sharing TT Self-Employed Online Edition for 2024 tax returns (Canada)

I purchased the Self-Employed Online edition which includes 12 returns.  I need to share this with family members living within my household.  I gave them the activation code but it doesn't work for them.  How can they use the additional returns I have paid for?
