how to remove this Self-Employed Health Insurance Paid

Why do you need to remove it?  It can come from several places.   If you get Social Security it can come from the SSA-1099 Medicare deduction.  If you have a 1095 A for Marketplace Ins there is a checkbox for Self Employment.  Or if you entered it directly  under Business go back to here to delete it.
