When do you start filing self employed quarterly estimates? What forms do you use? Where can you file these estimates (can it be done through Turbo Tax?)?

Hi, @ChloeM,
Thanks for reaching out to this event!
To file your quarterly estimates, you may use the IRS form (1040-ES) by the due date ( see link bellow) of each payment periods. And for the state, use the state income tax form name follow by ES which can be found through the state department of revenue websites. For example Massachusetts state Income Tax Form is (Form1) and the quarterly estimate tax form name is (Form1 ES). For states that do not have state income tax, you are not required to do so.
Yes, the quarterly estimates can be done through Turbo Tax. These forms can be printed along with the tax return.
