I did not enter w-2g in 2019 in error. Can I enter it in 2020 taxes or must I adjust my taxes for 2019?

No, every tax year is separate. You must amend 2019.

You can amend your 2019 tax return as long as your original return was accepted in TurboTax Online or TurboTax CD/Download. (You can’t amend a return that hasn’t been filed yet.) You'll need to print and mail it, since TurboTax doesn't currently support e-filing an amended 2019 return.
