Turbo Tax says I have a 1099-Misc in my return, but I don't. This is preventing me from e-filing my state return in Arkansas. Is there a solution for this glitch?

Try deleting the Form 1099-MISC in the Tools section. Follow the instructions below:
Refer to the TurboTax help article How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online? for more details.
There is not a 1099-Misc in my return at all, so there's not a form to delete. It doesn't exist in my return.
When I run the Review at the end, the message I get is: "Returns with a 1099-Misc and not subject to self employment tax are not eligible for electronic filing in Arkansas". My return does not have a 1099-Misc, but I still get this message from the software.
Even if you don’t see a 1099-MISC form in your entries, the program might detect income from boxes like 1, 5, 9, or 10 reported elsewhere and link it internally to a 1099-MISC.
To address this:
1. Review all income entries, especially any miscellaneous or rental income.
2. Check if any 1099-K or other income is reported that the system might treat like a 1099-MISC.
3. Ensure that this income is classified correctly—either as self-employment or other income.
This classification is important because Arkansas doesn't allow e-filing if a return includes 1099-MISC income without self-employment tax.
Adjusting the income type in your inputs can resolve the issue even if no explicit 1099-MISC form was entered.
